Our mission is to provide an unparalleled experience for you every step of the way, from your first visit to the property all the way to the farewell waves. Details are everything to us: we source flowers right from our own gardens, we craft the perfect signature cocktail, we design your wedding to be unlike any other before it.


The Amenities

At Greencrest Manor, we want your planning process to be seamless… That’s why we’ve included all of the following in your bespoke wedding experience:


  • Venue coordinator as a point of contact, and to assist you on your event day(s).

    Online wedding planning platform to organize the most important details.


  • She Shed: Surrounded by lush gardens with coffee station, comfortable seating, mirrors, and anything the Bride and her ladies may need for hair and makeup in the morning.

    Pump House and Hop House: nestled amongst the tree-line for Grooms and their guys to relax in style with leather-tufted seating, big-screen TV, corn hole entertainment, and all the space in the world to spread out.


  • Ceremony lawn deck: Overlooking multiple fountains and formal gardens, with complimentary seating (white or mahogany folding chairs).

    East and South Veranda: Cocktail hour patio furniture seating with umbrellas, high-top cocktail tables, white poly-cotton linens, and 12ft built-in bar.

    Maison des Fetes (Celebration House) building: With open-air doors, solid wood floors, silver lantern chandeliers, and an airy white ceiling to serve as the most beautiful blank-slate for your design dreams. Building also includes 12ft built-in white bar with back-bar shelving.

    Tables & Decoration: French wood long tables (8 available), matching cane-back wood chairs, and round 60” tables. 6ft or 8ft standard banquet tables for vendor use, dessert displays, escort cards, etc. Floor-length white poly-cotton linens and napkins also included.

    Water Cottage building: With women’s room (3 stalls), men’s room (1 stall, 2 urinals), and separate handicapped/family room.


  • Parking for up to 40 cars on property. *Shuttle rental required for guest counts over 100.

Full Weekend Rental

The majority of couples here at Greencrest choose to savor the entire weekend with us.

  • Eight well-appointed guest rooms inside the Manor House for two full nights.

  • Saturday Morning: Light breakfast and mimosas in our formal dining room for guests staying at the Manor.
    Saturday Afternoon: Lunch in our formal dining room for bridal party and guests staying at the Manor.
    Sunday Morning: Full brunch and mimosas in our formal dining room for guests staying at the Manor.

  • Access to the entire 15-acre property.

    Friday 3:00pm - Sunday 11:00am or Thursday 3:00pm - Saturday 11:00am.

  • May to October.

    Thursday - Saturday or Friday - Sunday.

Single Day Rental

For when you just want to stay for one day.

  • Our three master suites (VIP, Burt, and Trumpet) to store personal items, freshen up, change clothes, formal portraits, etc.

  • Not included.

  • Access to the property from 9:00am - 11:00pm.

  • Due to high demand we only offer single day rental the first two Saturdays in May and the last two in October.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We’re proud to partner with Millennium Catering as our exclusive caterer here at the estate. They offer delicious restaurant quality food with a creative flair for even the most discerning palettes. Greencrest Manor holds a Class C liquor license and provides all beverage items both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

  • As a conservative average, our clients spend between $85,000-$105,000 all in for a single day rental and between $105,000-$135,000 for a full weekend guest experience. This number can vary considerably based on your final choices and preferred guest experience, but this is a great place to start when establishing a budget here at the manor. Also, keep in mind that your guest count directly impacts your overall budget because the majority of your vendors you book outside of food and beverage is fixed pricing.

  • We tell our couples to budget an average of $150 per person. Keep in mind this number does not include rehearsal dinner/welcome party and Sunday post wedding brunch for our full weekend clients.

  • A month of coordinator is included in the package pricing. We do strongly advise that you hire a wedding planner to assist you throughout the rest of your planning process if necessary. In general, a month of coordinator is in charge of overseeing the wedding rehearsal and timeline details directly related to the venue. A wedding planner can assist with vendor confirmations and payments, timeline management, lining up your processional, attending to your personal needs, etc. We are happy to assist through our sister company Modern Day Collective or refer you to another reputable wedding planner to assist with your additional planning needs.

  • We’re thrilled to offer our adorable She Shed nestled among the gardens for the ladies respite on the big day and the Pump House and Hop House for gents. Both areas were designed with our most precious people in mind on the big day.

  • If we have to make the rain plan call, we will move your ceremony and all additional festivities into the Celebration House.

  • Our peak season is Mid April through October. During this time period, we host weddings in our beautiful Celebration House for up to 200 guests. November through early April, all of our events must take place inside the manor. All off-season events are limited to a maximum of 50 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Seated dinners are available for 40 or fewer guests.

  • One of the main benefits of booking the entire manor for the weekend is the ability to host your family and/or bridal party on site, virtually eliminating any transportation needs for most of your key people. Extra amenities include breakfast served each morning, turndown service and tidying the rooms, special touches throughout your stay, and access to our grounds as you see fit. Greencrest also makes the perfect location for a small Friday evening rehearsal dinner or welcome party.
