3 potential food vendors interviewed and selected to be required vendors on Greencrest’s list. Ideally negotiating a commission rate of 15-18% of client’s total food bill. We would negotiate with 3-5 different caterers meeting all three price ranges-low, mid and high.
All beverage sales must be placed through Greencrest Manor. A minimum of $2,000 is required per event of over 100 guests, and an 18% service charge applies. All mixes, ice, garnishes, glassware, bar set-up, and bartenders are included.

Specialty coffee station for up to 100 guests, $150.00 total. Each additional 50 cups adds $45.00 to total.
